Danilo Alvares es Profesor Asistente de Estadística en la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Anteriormente, él era Investigador Postdoctoral en el Departamento de Bioestadística de la Escuela de Salud Pública de Harvard (Estados Unidos). Él tiene una Licenciatura en Matemática Aplicada a la Computación y un Magíster en Ciencia de la Computación y Matemática Computacional en la Universidad de São Paulo (Brasil), y un Magíster en Bioestadística y un Doctorado en Estadística en la Universitat de València (España). Actualmente, su investigación se centra en Estadística Bayesiana, Métodos computacionales, Aprendizaje automático (profundo), Inteligencia artificial, Bioestadística, Modelos de sobrevivencia y Análisis longitudinal.[/fusion_text][fusion_text]
